By visiting hornlakeinsulation.com or engaging Horn Lake Insulation for insulation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access our website or engage us for work.
Horn Lake Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, basement insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related services in Horn Lake, MSand surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and to our ability to serve your specific location and project type. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our service area or scope of work.
Estimates provided by Horn Lake Insulation are based on information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or work order that you must sign before work begins.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided. After that period, material and labor costs may have changed and a new estimate may be required.
Additional costs may apply if conditions discovered during the job differ materially from those assessed during the estimate - for example, unexpected moisture damage, pest activity, or structural access limitations. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that would result in charges beyond the original estimate.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can reach us by phone at (662) 707-8005 or by email at hi@hornlakeinsulation.com.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a trip charge to cover mobilization costs, particularly for jobs that require specialized equipment. We will communicate any such charge to you before the original appointment date.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep scheduled appointments. In the event that we must reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other factors, we will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing before work begins. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling the job. Any deposit amount and terms will be stated in your written proposal.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of your written proposal. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee. If collection action becomes necessary, the customer is responsible for any associated costs, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disputes about a charge must be raised with us within 10 business days of the invoice date. Contact us at hi@hornlakeinsulation.com to discuss any billing concerns.
